Our history

After having worked at the Trade-Union Room of Haute-Couture, on rue Saint-Roch in Paris and after 10 years as a Stylist for Daniel Hechter, Cécile Vessière opens her first shop on Passage Jouffroy in Paris (France) in the 9th Arrondissement in 1979.

She calls it : Le Bonheur des Dames

In 1986, a second shop was launched Passage Verdeau, again in the 9th Arrondissement.

At the end of 1997, Cecile Vessière opens a new shop in Viaduc des Arts, 17 avenue Daumesnil.

Cecile finds her inspiration in British, German, Latin and Northern European traditions.

European in mind for a long time, Cecile never stopped designing and innovating.
